I have an oakley jacket that i got on sale and i relized that the second layer that zips into the jacket isn’t the right size (probably why it was so cheap) I can still wear the inner layer but it doesn’t fit close to the skin so its not very warm. I’ve tried wearing sweatshirts but they’re too heavy and I can’t move easily. I want a baselayer that goes up to my neck so the wind won’t get in especially on the lifts cuz I ski at night. I would say i would get underarmour but its way to expensive and the same with northface and i’m not really sure its worth it since i might want to buy several shirts so i don’t have to wear the same one everyday cuz that’s kinda gross.
All you have to do is by the pants and the shirt of Under Armour Cold Gear Base 3.0, and just wear a fleece sweatshirt and pants on top of that between your coat and pants and you should be good most of the time assuming your pants and jacket have the right specs, 10 K Breathability and waterproofing
On days when its real cold you might have to wear more than one mid layer
it doesnt really have to be that expensive if you shop around, dogfunk.com and sierrasnowboard.com have a lot of good deals on good gear
